Take control of your own health and well being. Complementary therapies such as reflexology, massage, reiki and aromatherapy etc, as well as a good diet and exercise plan will support you in achieving your health goals. Come to a drop-in café to enjoy taster sessions and mini-classes and to be assessed for the therapies that are best suited to your needs.

Total Wellbeing Cafe held 15th December

The Total Wellbeing Café held at SYCIL on 15 December was a cheerful gathering with healthy option/vegetarian mince pies and fresh cranberry/apple/carrot juice, as well as the opportunity to try the various Complementary Therapies on offer.


Gift certificates are now on offer, so you can treat someone to a Total Wellbeing experience ranging from a taster to a full therapy session, as well as participation in any of the upcoming workshops.


We plan to offer twilight/evening sessions soon. Please contact us for more information if you are interested.


Our information table is growing, with many other organisations contributing brochures to provide an all-round view of health and well being issues and support groups in the area.
